Still Raising the Roof in Kenya - latest news

Raise the Roof Kenya (RTRK), the great charity started by GTC member Holly Bantleman continues to go from strength to strength.

The Barut Development Youth Sports Centre, established by RTRK to give young people the opportunity to obtain skills in fashion, design, agriculture and business recently celebrated its 2nd birthday. Now the charity's focus is on 'sustainability'.

A couple of months ago Holly was honoured with a Points of Light Award from the Prime Minister David Cameron. The Points of Light awards recognise outstanding individual volunteers, and was given to Holly for her founding of RTRK and the progress that has been made since then.
