For this month's Open House event, RED has partnered with Cooke to help answer that question.
 
With the 8K VV-sized global-shutter sensor in the V-RAPTOR [X] and V-RAPTOR XL [X], you no longer need to worry about finding the right camera for your lens. Instead, focus on selecting the best lenses to tell your story.

• Large Format lenses? Shoot in 8K up to 120P.
• Super-35 lenses? Shoot in 6K up to 160P.
• Spherical? Check.
• Anamorphic? Also check.

The V-RAPTOR cameras offer a wide range of acquisition formats, allowing you to shoot in 16-bit color, high resolution, and with a huge dynamic range and amazing low light detail, no matter which lens format you choose.
