GTC Patron, dedolight Eflect releases two new surfaces, Tropical Orange and Tropical Blue.
Tropical Orange generates stunning hues of blues, greens, turquoise and aqua. Users can bend the reflector to mix the hues and create a background which reminds us of the water variations at a white sand beach. This one is a cool result with a warm exterior!
You can increase the green by minimizing the angle of reflector to light, or you can increase the blues by increasing the angle.
Tropical Blue reflects amazing hues of oranges, yellow, auburn, and reds. Users can bend the reflector to mix the hues and create a background which reminds us of the comforts of a morning in autumn.
This is a warm result with a cool exterior!

Will Churchill, gaffer, explains what brought him to the dedolight Eflect system:
What attracted me to using the Eflect system is the ability to be creative with the lighting and manipulate it in a way which kind of coincides with the natural world. With a few tools we've been able to create some very beautiful vivid colours and patterns.
I think the technology of reflected light, especially the way that dedolight does it, gives the illusion that the source is much further away. You know it's not a direct source. When you direct a source at a subject it becomes very ‘saucy and fake’ in a way. With reflecting light especially with Eflect and the other mirror systems that Dedo provides, it creates that illusion that the source is much further away giving more naturalistic and realistic tones.
Discover the precision motorized tripod stud, specifically designed to meet your creative demands. With a variable rotation speed ranging from 0 to 5 RPM and the ability to rotate both clockwise and counter clockwise, this stud offers maximum flexibility and control.
These motors can be attached to small Eflects with shoe mount, or the larger ones with the Lightstream attachment via the Lightstream lock.
Eflect is part of the dedolight Lightstream system, and can be used as a background generator or to reflect patterns onto subjects and backgrounds. dedolight Lightstream, including dedolight Eflect, is enhanced and supported by the magic dedolight parallel beam intensifiers - available for 50 focusing dedolights; these are used in combination with a range of reflectors specific to dedolight Lightstream.
