I’m a UK based cinematographer with over a decade of experience shooting narrative, commercial, music promo and documentary projects. For me, cinematography is more than just work or a job, it’s my passion, my hobby; a lifestyle. I love crafting beautiful images which help support and tell engaging stories. I’m happiest on set immersed in the process of combining lighting, framing, camera movement and the myriad of other factors which coalesce to create a great image. I like to make bold, moody images which present reality in a heightened, stylised way. Recent narrative projects include short film ROY which was long listed for the 2022 BAFTA for Best British Short Film, BRAVO TWO CHARLIES, a comedy pilot for BBC WALES and the RTS Award Winning IRISH, BLACKS AND DOGS, which recently premiered on SKY ARTS. Other short films currently enjoying successful festival runs include BFI Funded THIS LITTLE GIRL and THE LONG WALK HOME. I also recently shot CHAOS IN KABUL: ESCAPING THE TALIBAN for SKY DOCUMENTARIES. I’ve enjoyed shooting for a wide variety of commercial clients including BT SPORT, META, NHS, CANON, HEINEKEN, INDEED, MCLAREN, TRIUMPH, THE PREMIER LEAGUE, SELFRIDGES & CO-STAR GROUP. Over the years I’ve built up an extensive catalogue of equipment, including an ARRI ALEXA 35 shooting package alongside lenses, camera grip, monitoring and lighting packages. I’m a member of BAFTA Connect and the Guild of Television Camera Professionals. I love being part of a team working together to create something fantastic.
