VW contact during the COVID-19 lockdown
In recent years, many GTC members have taken advantage of the excellent discount scheme on VW vehicles offered by Cordwallis Group.
In line with government guidance, the VW Financial Services team are currently working remotely and have sent this message to help customers who are trying to get in touch with the team:
"As you will appreciate, the volume of customers trying to contact us has ramped up significantly over the past few weeks. Whilst we have equipped a significant number of employees with the ability to work from home, the volume of contacts means SLAs and published response times are compromised.
In order to help, we have created the following webpage on the VWFS website:

This contains lots of useful information for customers including details of how to contact with us should they be in financial difficulty."

The Guild of Television Camera Professionals (GTC) is an independent craft association predominantly for professional TV, digital and film camera crew designed to support our members by facilitating excellence, education, knowledge and networking in moving image production. The GTC welcomes media professionals internationally across all moving image disciplines as members.
The International Association of Wildlife Film-makers, whose members are professional camera crew earning most of their income from making wildlife films, has been affiliated to the GTC since January 2016.
