The GTC Children in Need Photo Challenge

TOTAL SO FAR: £469

The Guild of Television Cameramen is raising money for Children in Need. The idea is simple - the more images we receive of cameraman at work on Children in Need events today, the more money we raise for the Children in Need appeal.

GTC members have pledged to give £1 for every one of the first 100 photos submitted and others have said they will do the same for the first 50.

Please send in your photos to webadmin@gtc.org.uk and I will publish them as fast as I can on the website. These don't need to be big files - shots taken on quality phones will do. The end size required for the home page is 499 px x 256 px at 72 dpi. You will be able to see a constantly updating record of what GTC members are up to on the day at: GTC Children in Need Pictures.

If you're not working on a Children in Need event today but would like to contrbute to the GTC donation, you can join the growing band of those who have pledged to sponsor the photos. If you would like to do this contact me on webadmin@gtc.org.uk.

At the moment we have £13 pledged for each of the first 50 pictures submitted and another £7 for the next £50 - so every time a new photo is submitted we raise another £13. It's as simple as that - get snapping!
