Bright Tangerine launches upgraded RED KOMODO-X Accessories

GTC Patron Bright Tangerine (UK) has unveiled a new range of accessories for the RED KOMODO and KOMODO-X: updating their catalogue of cages and kits with new features as well as expanded compatibility.

Form and Function

The new RED KOMODO range is designed to offer the rigging freedom that Bright Tangerine is known for, without compromising on the compact size of the KOMODO-X. Filmmakers can choose between slimmer Side Rails or extended Side Plates; though both offer a selection of rigging points including anti-twist threads, QD sockets and mounts for third-party lens adaptor supports.

Monitor Mounting

The redesigned NATO Top Plate system adds welcome compatibility with the RED Monitor Interface and the DSMC RED Touch 7.0”. The NATO Top Plate can be used with or without the RMI, meaning users don’t have to compromise between the monitor they want and the rigging they need.

Short Universal Dovetail

In addition to the RED KOMODO range, the bestselling Universal Dovetail has been updated with a shorter alternative for smaller cameras. The Dovetail features dual compatibility between DJI gimbals and Manfrotto tripods, opening new possibilities for any camera system.
